Basic DSE Assessment

Every new employee will require a basic DSE assessment to ensure they are set up correctly and these are then refreshed on a regular basis or if there is a significant change of circumstances. These can be completed by the employee's themselves and then reviewed by a trained professional. It is essential that employees are provided with the correct adjustments to ensure they can work comfortably.  

Specialist 1-2-1 DSE Assessments

These assessments help to provide further support to colleagues allowing a more in depth and personal touch. Especially useful for colleagues who may have additional support needs, may be experiencing pain/discomfort, returning from a long absence or who may suffer with medical conditions. These assessments can be completed both in person or virtually and either in the office or at home. 

Expectant Mother Risk Assessment

Employers are required to assess the risks to expectant mothers and ensure the health and safety of both mother and child. There are many adjustments that can be made to help the expectant mother feel much more comfortable whilst working and this should be reviewed throughout the pregnancy.

Production or review of DSE Policy/Process

It is a good idea to have a DSE policy to demonstrate your commitment to the health and comfort of your employees. We can help review or draft up policies and procedures to ensure these are in place and being followed. 

Assistance with Occupational Health referrals 

In some circumstances employees may need the assistance of trained medical professionals to ensure the right levels of guidance are being provided with medical expertise. We can help support on this process and also help to advise on equipment and other adjustments which are recommended on completion of an occupational health referral.  

Assistance with Access to work process

Some of your employees may well require extensive adjustments and did you know that these can be funded if the required criteria is met. We can explain the process and help support along the application process.
